Skin is a Wreck

My facial skin has been a wreck lately. I am assuming it has to do with the 90 degree heat and perhaps all the volleyball games outside sweating in it. I am breaking out on a daily basis. A 36-year-old woman should not be breaking out everyday! I enjoy playing volleyball (and it is speeding up my metabolism which I need to work on other areas of myself) but at this rate, I will need to break out the Proactiv acne cream...no pun intended. Hm...acne vs. weight. I will put up with the acne for the time being and work on removing pounds for now.
