Janet Jackson Wardrobe Malfunction Indecent?

The FCC tried to fine CBS for that very famous "wardrobe malfunction" during the Janet Jackson/Justin Timberlake live performance at the 2004 Super Bowl half-time show. Everybody remembers that I am sure. If you didn't see it, you were sure to hear about it. The $550,000 indecency fine was just thrown out by the court.

There is now a video delay for live performances that went into place within days of this occurring.
