Awww, a girl and her piggy bank

Awww, check out this cute video. It's about kids saving money in their piggy bank and the kids' reaction when the piggy bank meets its maker.

My kids have savings too but it's not in a bank in the house (otherwise, their dad would be raiding it for coffee money most likely, lol). They have accounts at the bank. Birthday, tooth fairy and any other monies they receive are saved (they spend some and save some). It teaches them about the value of a dollar. When they ask (ok, whine) for something they just HAVE to have, I ask them if they would like to spend THEIR money on it. The answer is usually no. It makes them think.
